4th of July

July 05, 2016 by Briana Smith in Fashion

Hey! How was everyone’s Fourth of July? I hope it was filled with laughter, family, and of course yummy food!

I must say this Fourth was my favorite thus far.  Ellie made it so fun! Kody and I loved showing her off to our family and friends.

The Fourth of July in Delta is the biggest event of the year. Delta’s population literally doubles in size. It is a huge celebration.

Kody, Ellie and I kicked off the day by watching the parade. Ellie loved watching the floats. She would scream and jump as the floats would pass. It was hilarious! When the parade ended, we walked to the park where there were games, shops and food booths. We had a great time walking around, eating Navajo tacos, and talking to friends we haven't seen since high school.

It was then time to head to the reservoir. We met up with Kody’s aunts, uncles and cousins. It was a blast playing on the beach, boating, and paddle boarding. Ellie had so much fun in the sand and smashing dads' sand castles!

We ended the night with fireworks. Ellie loved watching them. The fireworks were the perfect ending for the perfect day!

Now about Ellie's and my outfits.. Fourth of July outfits are a big deal around here. While growing up, my sisters and I would get a new outfit to wear for the fourth. I made sure to continue this tradition with Ellie and me;)  I was so excited when I got this Scooter Striped Dress  from Darling Me Avenue because I knew it was going to be the perfect Fourth of July outfit. I paired the dress with these cute Lace Up Sandals that are from Scout and Cloth.

Darling Me Avenue is offering an exclusive discount for my followers! Use code LOVEBRI at checkout to receive 15% off your purchase!  Make sure to checkout their boutique to find this adorable dress and more!

Big Bratt Boutique

June 06, 2016 by Briana Smith in Fashion

Happy Monday Everyone! Hope you all had an amazing weekend.

One of the perks of doing this fashion blog is being able to find new boutiques. I had no idea that Utah had so many adorable boutiques! I’ve been missing out!

Boutique shopping is my favorite. I enjoy finding clothing and accessories that are not carried by the big department stores. It is fun to wear unique clothing that no one else has.

When I came across the Big Bratt Boutique I instantly fell in love with their style. They carry stylish clothes with a country twist. I mean look how cute this embroidered top is! The yellow is perfect for summer, especially when pairing it with this turquoise tassel necklace and red salt water sandals. It is the ideal summer outfit. I wore jeans, however, this look would be super cute with white or denim shorts.

Boutique shopping is always fun and exciting. I love getting to see new items that are not mainstream. Shopping small is also an added bonus for me. I feel good when supporting local businesses.

Head over to bigbrattboutique.com to find this look and more! If you are one of my Utah followers,  you can find this boutique at 325 N. Main Street Spanish Fork.

Follow them on Instagram to keep up with their latest looks, deals and more: @bigbrattboutique

Big thanks to Kenlie, my amazing photographer! Follow her on Instagram @kenlem24
